Most of Ciriana's cotton comes from Egypt. For over 40 years, our supplier has pioneered sustainable agriculture in Egypt, transforming desert land into a thriving ecosystem through organic and biodynamic farming. Our suppliers commitment to sustainability extends to all its products, founded in 1994 to produce organic textiles from 100% certified organic cotton.

The cotton is grown without GMOs or harmful chemicals, making it a healthier choice for both the environment and consumers. Unlike conventional cotton, which is often genetically modified and reliant on harmful pesticides, our supplier’s organic farming methods restore soil health and support biodiversity. The result is high-quality textiles that are eco-friendly, fair to workers, and safe for families.

The cotton that is not available from our main supplier, Ciriana gets from another company. They are a Spanish reseller of Egyptian, Brazilian and Turkish organic cotton.
This supplier creates fabrics are premium cotton sourced from three sustainable and fair trade agricultural projects. This selection forms the foundation of their core range of knitted and woven fabrics, inspiring a variety of designs.

Their fabrics are crafted with 100% organic, regenerative cotton, free from harmful chemicals. Manufactured to European standards, they are produced by ethical manufacturers using high-quality processes and no wet processing, minimizing environmental impact.

In their core line, they weave fabrics from their own cotton yarns, showcasing the natural colors of cotton. No dyes or chemicals are used, honoring traditional weaving methods.

Ciriana makes sure that we only work with GOTS certified company's. GOTS guarantees both ecological and social responsibility from farm to finished product.
Silk
Our silk comes from a company, based in Waalwijk, Holland. They are a European distributor of Brazilian fabrics of various producers. They represent our supplier in Europe.
